Founded in 1979 with the knowledge and experience of my father, Veysel Kayacı, in the automotive sector, our organization entered its institutionalization phase in 2016 by integrating engineering, technology, and systematic management into its core structure. Throughout this transformation, I personally took active roles in the field across Defense, Automotive, Machining, Plastics, Rubber, and Medical sectors—not as a conventional consultant, but as an operator directly managing and transforming management, production, and quality systems.

In 2022, under the vision of being the “Company of Firsts,” we consolidated our capabilities under the GK Sanayi Dönüşüm Teknolojileri brand and established an integrated structure covering:

• Additive manufacturing and advanced production technologies (3D Manufacturing)

• Reverse engineering and product development

• Defense and automotive-focused engineering solutions

• Functional parts, prototyping, and low-to-mid volume production

• Quality management systems and process optimization

At GKSAN, our objective is not merely to manufacture, but to act as an industrial solution partner that manages the entire lifecycle—from design and engineering to prototyping and production. We actively participate in high-technical-requirement projects, including defense industry subcontracting, automotive plastic and mechanical component solutions, custom fixtures, jigs, and functional test parts.

In line with our strategic plans, digital transformation, quality standardization, capacity expansion, and positioning in national and international markets are among our top priorities. We do not approach “Be Ready for Change” as a slogan, but as a core operational principle integrated into every aspect of our business. Our focus is on delivering fast, flexible, reliable, and engineering-driven solutions.

We work with discipline to achieve what has not been done, to create differentiation, and to sustain that differentiation through structure and performance. We position GKSAN not only for today’s industry, but for the future of manufacturing.
